Error recognition and solutions

  1. Transaction Limit Exceeded

    Your maximum transfer/exchange amount per transaction depends on your contribution level:

    • $6 USD per transaction for guests (not logged in)
    • $10 USD per transaction for logged-in users

    You cannot send more than this amount in a single transfer/exchange request.

    You can permanently increase your transaction limit by purchasing XNE tokens (swap BNB → XNE) or earn XNE tokens. Every 1000 XNE purchased or earned adds an extra $0.10 to your maximum limit, with no expiration.

    If your transaction amount is higher than your available limit, reduce the amount or increase your limit by buying or earn more XNE.

    Important:
    Transactions with status Pending or Awaiting Payment cannot be canceled manually. You must wait approximately 5 minutes for the system to automatically cancel the transaction if no payment is received. Once canceled, the blocked amount will be fully restored to your transaction limit.

  2. Wallet request already pending

    This happens when a previous connection request is still open. Close the MetaMask popup, wait a few seconds, and try connecting again. Avoid clicking “Connect” repeatedly.

  3. User rejected the request

    You clicked “Cancel” or closed the MetaMask window before confirming. Simply reconnect and approve the connection in MetaMask.

  4. Wrong network detected

    You are connected to a different blockchain network. Switch to BSC (Binance Smart Chain) inside MetaMask to continue.

  5. MetaMask not detected

    The system couldn’t find MetaMask in your browser. Install the MetaMask extension and make sure it’s unlocked before connecting.

  6. Connect failed or provider not found

    This usually means the wallet was closed, or your browser blocked the request. Refresh the page, reopen MetaMask, and reconnect.

  7. Wallet address already linked

    This wallet is already connected to another account. Log out first or use the same account associated with that wallet.

  8. ⚠ Important Notice

    • Do not make any deposits or swap XNE tokens while you are experiencing wallet connection errors. Transactions made during unstable connection may fail or be lost permanently.
    • Please keep your account secure. Never share your wallet seed phrase, private key, or login credentials with anyone.
    • We have implemented strong system-level security, but we are not responsible for any losses caused by user negligence or insecure device setups.
